This store is terrible. I’ve ordered from this store 4 times since I moved here 9 months ago. One time was great. One time everything was cold. One time I had a huge $100 plus order and it didn’t let me order through the app so I had to call. I told them the issue and they said that was too bad. So $100 order and I got no points for it. It also took 2 hours to get the food and every time we called back to check on it they said it was on the way. Today I ordered and it went through and said it was being made and then I got a call that said she sent the driver home sick and would cancel my order. Really? Only one driver in a Friday night? Didn’t give me an option to pick up or anything so obviously it was a lie because it was within an hour of closing time and they just didn’t want to make it. There’s 3 other pizza places within a mile of there and they’ve all been much better. I recommend them and I’m done with this store.

I got a salad. The lettuces was turning brown. Never enough tomatoes cheese onions or croutons. Tasted good. My husband & sister got pizzas. They said they were OK

Waited over 3 hours before canceling from the store on Michigan. Driver did pull up after only 2 hrs, looked in his back seat then drove off without leaving the order. This place is the worst, long before covid. I only order from them for the salad sides...NEVER AGAIN

As the manager of another Pensacola Restaurant, I usually never do this, but I felt it necessary this time. I ordered pizza for the family, 3 pizzas a sandwich and a cookie along with 3 drinks. I tipped the driver and spent over $50. A half hour in we checked the app and it said doing a quality check. After an hour and a half i called the store and they told me that they were waiting on a driver. I told them i hoped that the pizza would be fresh after waiting this long (when ordered it said 30 min). The pizza arrived cold, the only thing edible was the cookie. We got 4 drinks that no one in the house drinks. So I call the store, that night, and the next day and spoke with a manager his name started with a J, he said he would not replace the food even though i offered to give him the cold food back, and would only give me a $25 store credit for future purchase! They told me if I wanted anything more to call corp…… well instead i decided to do this review to save people from spending their hard earned money at a place that so obviously doesn’t care! I requested a call back from the gm of this location and a few weeks later am still waiting!

Because the prices are not the same for each size and all toppings. If they were to make a different option for each size, each crust, and the amount of toppings they have, the app would not be usable. Just select what you want and see the price, it isnt to much work
I've never had a prob with them answering, but you can order online and that process is quick and easy enough and you can leave comments in the order.
