We have had our prescriptions...etc..at the CVS in Middletown forever. I love Mary and Mary in the Pharmacy! Kim, in the Beauty Dept was just amazing today! Melanie, in the checkout, is so friendly! If people are nice, I am going to go out of my way to write a review!!

Oh my goodness, what is going on with businesses on this island. Why do I keep dealing with difficult people? CVS pharmacy pharmacist Jean Lilly was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with in a business. Someone was talking to her on the phone at my house and in the background I said "can you please have CVS stop with the harassing phone calls?" They will call or text you alot every day! Next thing I knew, she was screaming into the phone. I tried to talk to her and all I got was her being sarcastic and mocking me. I literally had to apologize to her because I needed the medication so bad. Well, needless to say, I changed my pharmacy and filed a complaint with corporate. When you start paying the customers, then you'll be right Jean. Until then, shut your mouth or a pattern will start to form with you! Are you still having a great day?
