Christmas orders have to go in early, by somewhere around November 1st, because they're so in demand. Otherwise, the rest of the winter you can do orders on-line...if it is up and running....
Yes, when I was in the store a man came up and gave his name and said he was there to pick up his order. I do not believe you can order online because their site was not accessible, at least not around Christmas time.

Yes. I do and then pick it up at the store. That works great like my orders for Christmas. You just go to the register and avoid the HEAVY crowds clogging the counter. Not sure, but I believe they will ship also.
You can go there and pick out whatever candy you want! If you are extra nice they may let you try a sample.
