Quite honestly I am not sure. However try the multi cultural aisle, they do have a variety of foods for different culture holiday traditions and celebrations. They have unleavened bread and crackers, I believe I noticed some dried salmon and sardines. You literally have to look on every shelf section by section.
I've never looked for it but I would be surprised if they have it honestly... I am there at least once a day and I've been up and down every aisle there. I wish you luck finding dried salt cod. Happy Holidays!
