Personally, I wouldn't. Unless you have cameras & aren't afraid to press charges. The office does nothing to residents who attack others, nor to children throwing rocks or causing damage, so be prepared to go to court if you want anything handled. Look at The Reeds on Route 40, rent is a little higher, but the owners take care of it. On a side note, when you do move out, be prepared to lose a chunk of your deposit. They took $45ish for water. For 1 day. Lol, my bill wasn't much higher than that for the month. It wasn't as bad in 2015 when I moved in. They chose not to renew my lease, I still have no idea why. Was given just over a month to get out. At the time I freaked out. Moving out of state has been a blessing. I don't miss the petty, ugliness of rules only enforced on certain people. I don't miss kids who are bored & have no outlet due to the Parks rules. Family oriented? Do children aged 7-17 have anywhere to play? Nope. Is it no wonder they get up to no good?

Not really...they are moving in a lot of people lately who bring parties, WAY to many "family" for trailers, blocked roads, big dogs, drugs, and crime. And they don't seem to screen when one group/family "gives the house" to another group/family without proper vetting. Owners are not supposed to rent, but playing musical house seems okay? It was good when I moved here in my early 20's 13 years ago, it was more an elderly community then. I bought the house next to my great grandparents at 22, and got stuck due to the raising prices. Now the park barks rules no one enforces. Things get downplayed, turned back to you, and you never hear of the outcome or "enforcement", even the police we pay for act this way. The only thing that WILL be enforced is rent and any court fees or evictions if you are late with it! They will keep mixing in whoever for us to deal with, but raising rent, and rules that make us pay more for rent, while shutting our water off with no warning burning water heaters.

Yes, but keep in mind the management has very strict rules and regulations.
