Is it a safe, stable neighborhood?

Ive lived here 5yrs. Its like any neighborhood. There are always a few bad seeds that need picked out. I dont feel unsafe here.

For the Edgewood area it's safer than other parts, but the office rents to basically anyone. So after 12 years living here the older community is changing to 30 somethings with 1-4 kids they let the street raise quick.
