I have never had a bad experience dealing with the personnel inside, they are pleasant and very nice, but I have to say that not only me but my neighbors also have been missing mail. One item I received 3 1/2 weeks later and it was mailed from Joppa! I complained about not receiving mail but no resolution. My daughter had to call her insurance company 3 times because she never received her insurance cards and they were mailed to the correct address 3 times!!! I don't know what is going on there but if this continues I don't know what else to do but maybe call the main post office downtown and complain. I also get other peoples mail which I take to them because I am afraid to put back in my mailbox - it may never get to them! A sad situation for sure.

They FAIL to deliver mail. I have to use the mailing address of a family member in Douglasville in order to receive my packages on time and consistently! I’ve never experienced so many missing packages until I moved to this area. The location is disgusting and outdated, the workers seem to not care and are not helpful when it comes to problem-solving. This is by far the WORST usps I’ve ever experienced.

Yes they do
The Post Office Is In Edgewood Maryland. That Would Be Harford County, I Do Believe. I Can not Assist with questions regarding management at this time.
I don't see why not.
Yes, they do
You can do it on the USPS website
That is very odd
No
Just go down to your local post office, and tell them you wish to open one. Its very easy. It doesnt cost much. You pay a fee, but im not sure the exact amount. The post office will have answer all of your questions. Hope this helps
Not any more. I used to keep a book in the house all the time now i only mail things once or twice a year so I buy them as i need them, one at a time.
