I’ve used this service twice and have NEVER had them respond promptly. Once was for a leak in the ceiling (they got back to me the next day) and the other was when I was locked out with my two small children on a 90 degree day. After three hours I was able to get a ladder and go in through a window.
We have a 24/7 emergency hotline for our clients and tenants. Any calls after business hours or during holidays will be routed to that hotline. Our emergency call center is able to screen for our emergency criteria and dispatch vendors 24/7 to rectify urgent issues. During business hours, all inquiries will be handled by our property management staff in our DC office. We respond to all inquiries the same business day.
