YES. They will, but, as we found out when we were moving, you must schedule it with them 4 - 6 weeks ahead. Also, if you choose to take it to them, they will help unload it, BUT ONLY from the outside of your vehicle. I rented a truck, and a with help of some neighbors, was finally able to get it into the truck (a bedroom set). They refused to come inside of the U-Haul truck to help get it out. As a disabled Senior, I had to wrestle the large pieces to the edge of the truck for them to actually take it into their store loading dock. The lesson i learned i, if I cannot schedule far enough ahead, I *WILL NOT* rent another truck to take it to them as a donation for them to profit from; rather, into the trash it will go. The Goodwill Store, in general, is a good operation. But, obviously, acceptance of donations depend on how much you will picked for them.
No, you have to take it to their stores. However, they will unload it from your vehicle.
