Prior to delivery we sign documents using DocuSign. We receive any money required via wire or card which we can send invoice and credit authorization forms by email. Vehicles are cleaned in and out and sanitized prior to delivery to your address.

You need ID (license/ID/passport) and insurance at the least, however sometimes if you are financing you may need proof of income and or proof of residence as well. Proof of income is 2 most recent pay stubs for W2 applicants, or 3 months most recent personal bank statements for self employed applicants. Proof of residence is a utility bill or bank/credit card statement dated within the last 30 days with address matching registration address.

For cash transactions we can provide a title immediately (granted it is a weekday during hours where our title clerk is in and able to reassign it on the spot). Please note this means CASH(dollar bills); not cashiers checks, debit/credit, personal check etc. If it is any of those other methods mentioned, funds must clear and then we will mail out title or you can pick it up when the funds clear.

This is called direct lending. We accept your banks funds via wire or cashiers check. They can overnight a check or give you a check to bring to the dealership. You will coordinate your approval with your bank. We can provide a purchase order and or any documentation required for you to take to your bank to assist you in getting approved. Funds must be certified/guaranteed/ or cleared prior to releasing the vehicle.

If it says purchase pending, another customer has placed a monetary deposit on the vehicle to hold it until they can complete their purchase. There is a limit on how many days we will hold it. If the time runs out or the customer doesn't follow through with the purchase, and it becomes available again, you can purchase it then.

Test driving used cars is mainly about making sure the car feels right, since most of the other research is done prior to picking the car you are coming to drive. A road test to feel if the car drives how it should is usually enough to confirm if the vehicle is in the expected condition. Check functionality of A/C and electronic controls such as radio, sunroof and seat controls. Pay attention for any unusual vibrations or noises. Check to see if tires have good tread. You can always request a Carfax and or inspection report as well.

Yes, you can trade more than one vehicle on the same purchase.

If you find better financing after you buy a car, sometimes you can replace the financing, depending how long its been. Usually loans are set in stone with the bank the same day and it will already appear on the credit report and with the bank very quickly. It would be recommended if you find the better financing to instead refinance which will pay off the existing loan and make a new loan with the bank you refinanced with.
