For me, bulk is 27 or 30 gallon tote bins.And I often haul these to the dump and put this kind of stuff that is to say dirt and leaves and branches, in an area that I think is called yard waste. if you are talking about truck loads, then I assume the answer is probably yes but I don't know how that works. Where most consumers dump their pickup trucks and plastic tote bins and leaf bags and those other kinds of things, you dumped it over a wall and into a large dumpster that the county puts in the place and manages. There are other areas at the landfillhat are no longer drive and are used for people to haul their trucks out to a large pile where there is constantly a bulldozer moving dirt and other materials. also, in lieu of looking this up on the website which can be confusing at times, you could actually stopped by the front gate and ask.
