The lawsuit itself would cost more than anything you'd get was all I was trying to state. I've had part of my tooth to still be there after having them pulled. Best of luck to you in your pursuits, but I think it's a bit dramatic. Dr. Vera is an extremely kind, gentle and wonderful dentist for the record though. I go to him, my sister does and my kids will when needed in the future as well. Their office staff is very friendly as well.

Ok $1000.00 to hire an attorney. I would reach out to have him fix it. Becuase a different dentist to fix it might costs $1000.00 then you have to spend another $1000.00 for an attorney. And you might lose. Because dr. VERA is the best priced dentist in town I would ask him to make it right in some way. Just my opnion.
Its not a bone spur.... Its part of my tooth and i WILL BE SUEING HIM FOR IT
