It is free. There is a big spring with trout in it. Two fish per day limit. Also there is a nice little nature center, and a big lake behind it that has a large amount of big alligator snapping turtles and painted turtles and tons of bluegills to feed. Have fun!

It's free, and it's wonderful. One of the better parks I've been to in Maryland, for sure! Lots to do and see.

Well, those big alligator turtles is what did it in for me! Had a bad experience. And if your lake is plentiful with them. I won't be visiting anytime soon. Shame, cause it sounds nice otherwise. I don't hate them. Let's just say I have a healthy and high amount of respect for them! They have their place and I have my space. Which is a healthy high amount of respect for them from a big amount of distance between myself and them! So I'll go elsewhere. 😯
