You can go to the post office. They will take your complaint. I have made several complaints and nothing changed for Non delivery of packages and missing mail. They do not call you to follow up either. I have informed delivery service so most of the time I know what is missing. The Post master there is horrible. No customer skills at all. He told me it was impossible I could have informed delivery service. When I showed him on my phone the pictures of mail I get from the main site he didn’t even apologize. Rude.

Cqll the 800 customer service number and they can file a customer complaint. The complaint will go to that office for them to respond to if you do not get a response you can call the 800 number back and they will escalate your complaint to consumer affairs department to handle on your behalf.
