I bought my wonderful baby grand from Altenburg 30 years ago—moving it into my 3rd floor Greenwich Village walkup apartment seemed impossible, but they did it! Today, Don, who will never forget how hard it was to move the piano in when he has 30 years old, now a spry and strong 60 year-old, joined Fred and one more to move it out of the apartment and they’re now on their way to Rhode Island, the piano’s new home. These are truly amazing movers, who have also been friendly and professional on every step of this process. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Under the Health & Safety section of our listing we have provided our COVID protocol. A mask is required, temperature checks of staff and guests are required. Our entire staff sanitizes our store daily including ALL surfaces after each appointment. Please call prior to coming in so we may advise if we are able to assist you that day or make an appointment for another time.
This is going to depend on quite a few factors. Our pre-owned inventory is primarily made up of trade-ins...people trade their old piano in for a new piano. Please contact the store directly 908-351-2000
If we think the piano is something we can use we will either offer a sale or consignment.
