I went in winter and it is a very harsh climate. But this year I came to the end of August and the weather in New York is beautiful. So I recommend you fall or late summer to come

I recommend that you be attentive to the weather ..... from time to time it rains..so be careful .. in summer July -August ... very good weather to visit
