Depends on when you go, I guess. I was there on a Saturday or Sunday (can't recall exactly) early afternoon for brunch and there was nothing extra dressy about anybody I saw. Everyone was regular.
It is the hot spot.
No dress code but a lot of ppl be lookin real fly in there so if you want to dress up a bit you'll fit right in
