Brett was absolutely amazing during my visit to the store. My dad needed elevation in one shoe. He took the time to educate me on how they normally fulfill the prescriptions and why the store can do some things and not other things. I greatly appreciated him and his knowledge of not only their products but the process of how things should be. Thanks for the excellent service.

I've had the WORST Possible Customer Experience and it has been since May '2022 when two pair of shoes were initially ordered for me and it is now September '2022, which makes four, going on five months and I still haven't received my shoes. I have been given the Run-A-Around, when I was first called the person that called was trying to schedule me 3 weeks out. Absolutely, Ridiculous! I was unable to get the owner via phone, so I ended up going into the store on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, waited 30 minutes before owner came out of the back and then spent another 20 minutes informing him of my experience and rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional service on the phone with his employee, Altha Outlaw. The owner, was dismissive at first, then was making excuses for employee and stating I should have given him some leeway because he doesn't usually act that way and possibly was just having a bad day, but failing to take any accountability. By this absurd, irrational thought process, I guess Chris Rock, should have given Will Smith a little more leeway because we know Mr. Smith doesn't normally act of character, let alone slap or hit someone. This is not Leading with a Spirit of Excellence or even "Leading By Example"! Just because an employee may be having an off day, doesn't give him/her the freedom to act/behave in a way unbecoming to the reputation of the store. Then, store owner, went on to further say why didn't I go back to the same employee and try to work it out with that same rude, unprofessional employee who had already been disrespectful towards me. He acted like he didn't want to address the complaint and talk to his employee. Well, I am not going to continually subject myself to Poor Customer Service, Foolishness, and Overall Nonsense! What Kind of Management and Customer Service is this...??? I told him, the mere fact that I'm coming to you and have chosen to go up the Chain-Of-Command should be an alarming signal and indication to you it wasn't worked out because apparently I'm talking to you and to do this day, I have yet to receive an apology even from the owner or anyone else. I went back into the store in August '2022 and met with the owner and found out after all this time the shoes that were ordered didn't even fit. Now, two new pair of shoes have been ordered and I still had a less than favorable customer service experience and was given a small, limited selection to choose from and discouraged from getting the shoes I really wanted because he didn't even want to order them a half-size larger because 1 pair of shoes was too tight and the other pair was too big, let alone the microaggression and seemingly racist comment at the end of my appointment. Last year, I went to a store in Orange Park where my experience was SO MUCH BETTER and I was even helped outside to my car. As a U.S. Veteran, I do not recommend this store to my fellow Veterans and Even Unsuspecting Civilians. You Can Fool Some People Some of the Time, But This Store Will Not Be Able to Fool ALL the People All the Time, and Need to Raise the Standard and Treat ALL People/ Customers How They Want to Be Treated!

I a few weeks late but have to share that all my experiences with Boger’s Shoes is nothing but outstanding. True professionals in the field. Up until about 5 years ago, I’ve never been professionally fitted for shoes and every time I go there, the same great service. The only thing I can say I didn’t like was you don’t get one of the red shirts. Just a joke on the shirt, but totally professional. GREAT JOB TEAM!! Ed B

They are top notch. You can't go without an appointment and you must wear a mask while you are there. They do exercise social distancing also. So rest assured that you will be safe while you are there.
