I was in town for my birthday but it was a Wednesday (Oct 5th) so I didn’t know what to expect. I walked into good vibes and music from the dj booth. The food was awesome! I had crab cakes, greens, and mac & cheese. My man had pork chops and rice. Red was our waitress and she did an amazing job. She checked on us every time she past out table. It’s hard to find good wait staff post Covid so I wanted to make sure I named her in this review.

The staff was super nice and welcoming. My waitress was awesome and always there when I needed something. Always checked on me to make sure I was good. I ordered the Jumbo Wings and Louisiana Crab Cake for my appetizer. My entree was the Southern Fried Spare Ribs with the Mac & cheese for my side. For dessert I had the Pineapple Bread Pudding. Presentation of my food was perfect, and everything looked good. The Crab Cake was flavorful and delicious. Nice crispy texture on the outside with moist well seasoned inside. My wings were buffalo flavored. Nice flavor, had just the right amount of spice to them. The sauce on them was very good. The Mac & Cheese had an aroma of deliciousness and was very cheesy and mouthwatering. The Ribs were just right for tenderness and seasoned enough where I did not need to add any barbecue sauce to them. I decided to try some of the barbecue sauce and the ribs, and it was amazing. I did not think anything could make the ribs taste better, but they did. Must be a secret recipe barbecue sauce. The Pineapple Bread Pudding was one of the best I ever had. The pineapple pieces gave a great flavor, but no to over powering. Overall this was a perfect meal all around. From the service which was outstanding, then to mention the food which was excellent, then the entertainment which flowed through the room putting you in a calm mellow state of mind. Highly recommend Jazzy's Restaurant & Lounge.

Yes they do have fried green tomatoes on the menu. I was also there for the soft opening and I agree with you 100%
My sister, Songstress Monique, sings there on Monday and Saturday nights. The place is packed those nights so be sure to call to make your arrangements.
My advice is to go during slow times. The food is really good and it's a fun vibe. But they are really slow. They seem to work their wait staff really hard--harder than they should, IMO. Too many tables per waiter, so that slows them as well. Like I said, the food and atmosphere are really good. I'd say give them another chance.
No dress code but if ur a Male you want to dress to empress..there are some beautiful women here

No, ghetto tattooed, scantily clad wait staff with breasts out. No masks, all in your face. We don't want COVID. Burned crab cakes, plastic forks and plates.. do they not have a dishwasher? Not for date night, loud patrons,we couldn't hear each other speak. Never again.

You may want to contact the restaurant. I know they serve lunch and dinner but I don't want to give you the wrong hours.
They have shrimp and grits on the menu and they also have a fried catfish dish. I'm sure if you ask they would make fish and grits for you. They're very accommodating to their clientele
