No, there is no drop off at this location.
Some libraries have obvious drop boxes outside, so if you didn't see it outside this one may not have one. There are some days where some libraries are open later, for example this one is open until 7pm today. Otherwise, go to another nypl branch and drop it off there. You may be able to find another with a drop box, or the mid manhattan library closes at 9pm tues and wed.
