Small space located on the ground level with about 20 seats or so. There is a kid's space upstairs. Convenient location to stop by and charge your devices. It's usually not too busy. Might not be the best place for extended study or research sessions but has all the essentials. Plenty of dining options nearby. Staff is helpful like many other NYPL locations.

Great place, I visited it today and I was there for like 4 hours using a table and a share and the internet. Quite silent, good environment, very helpful people at the entrance and down at the basement where I stayed. Also has a bathroom which is very convenient I just love this place and I am going again to downtown Manhattan I will be there again soon thanks NYC
