The park is clean, but the for what it is, you can find a much better place for far less in lot rent that will include things like WiFi and basic cable. As with any tight living, some people are wonderful and others are not so nice. I will say this, do not buy anything used without a full inspection from a contractor of your choice.
Lot rent is $614.00 plus water plus sewer charge of $47.00 bi-monthly plus an additional sum for the real estate taxes the land owner can pass on to the tenants approximately $200.00/yr.....
Sold my place there, last March. Lot fees were $615. Mth. Plus once yearly fees that vary each year. I think it was around $150, in July '16. Lot increase every year in July.
Bad ownership.
