Lot fees go up July 1st, every year and there has been a on e a year charge due July 1st. The lot fees increase by $15. I sold last year before July. My fees were $615. After July this year, you are probably looking at $645, plus water and electricity. Cable, internet, phone, extra. The people are great but management changes every year or two. Owners are not very cooperative and don't ask for input. They just do what they want.
