You can download a volunteer application from the website and you can call to find out when the next orientation is. There is always something to do such as dog socialization, dog walking. You can eventually foster! What I like best is that there are no pre-assigned shifts. I can come in when my schedule allows.
Yes, they love volunteers! I am one. You sign up to volunteer and within a week or two theyll have an hour course where they will train you on how to take care of the animals and the shelter, and where everything is. After the course is done, you can now volunteer! This can be cleaning the floors and dog cages, grooming the pups, or going to their adoption events. But the best volunteer work you can offer is by taking thw dogs out for walks, and playing with them. It is so much fun to volunteer here.
