Lost bottom denture can I replace at a low cost?

I paid about $4500 for a package with the next to top level permanent teeth. I will get the permanent set 4/18. So far the temporary set is working OK.

I am at $17,000 and thats with the magnet implants. I dint get my permanent teeth until February
