Masks were required by everyone. If there's a wait, they take your phone # so that they can text you when you're table is ready, so you can wait in your vehicle. They also use fresh paper on the tables between customers, so everything is fresh and clean.
All employees wear mask and customers are asked to wear mask while walking arounf. They also space people out between tables. At least when we went a month or so ago.
