Hello my daughter has three children that are to go to four peaks but they need there shots updated but she can't find there VB shot records can the school fax to you the updates they need to get there shots at your locationso enrol them

I made a mistake in my text vb I ment to say vaccinations I don't have there shot record but the school dose .can the school fax them to you so you can give them the required shots

It is highly recommended that your daughter bring in the current vaccine record to ensure we do not provide a vaccine the children have already received. I recommend having your daughter stop by one of our clinics and bring in the records she can find or at least sign a medical records release so we may request these records.
