Understaffed front office One of the girls was doing the job at three should be doing. She worked as quickly as she could but the line backed up because of the amount of time their system takes to get checked in. I had to come back in the afternoon and there was a different girl there, it was still very busy and she kept making lengthy errors. When it was my turn in line, she said she had to call her Manager to help her copy my cd and told me to sit and wait. She continued to help other people and never contacted the manager so I got back in line and waited again. I waited 20 minutes in line the first time. I waited another 20 minutes sitting down waiting for her to contact her manager. Then I waited an additional 25 minutes in line waiting again. When it was my turn again I asked her what do you want me to do with this CD? She said I haven’t had time to call the manager, here is her email. She didn’t understand how to copy a cd that the technicians asked me to bring in. I offered to leave it for when another front desk girl came in but she refused it. I told her that the radiologist was going to need that CD to compare with the other scan that they did that morning. She gave me an email for her manager, so I emailed the Manager. The Manager has not responded. This outfit needs to be managed better. The MRI technicians were excellent however. I will never book an appointment with this place again.

I had an appointment for 6:30. They called earlier in the day and asked if I could come at 5:15 instead. I said yes. I got there at 5:15 and they didn’t call me back until 6:20! Why in the world did I need to come early? To sit in their office for over an hour? The guy who did my MRI was nice enough but I was so annoyed by the time he called me back. They were completely disrespectful of my time.
