Hi Dawn, The answer below is correct. Because the blood donated with us is used to treat hospital patients, we do not pay cash to blood donors. It's actually against FDA regulation. You may be thinking of plasma centers. Plasma given at a plasma center is sold for making various retail products, so they are not held under the same regulations.
