What smell? The only thing I ever smell is good being cooked from the restaurant. Keep in mind this is and always has been an industrial area, and is considered east Houston. With that being said there is a pollutant in the air often and has nothing to do with 1 dumpster that gets emptied 3xs a week.
Not until they get rid of the big dumpsters out here at the end of the property and the noise no it will never be quiet because of the interstate
