Very unorganized, unprofessional, under staffed location. Called before I came from the other side of town to see if I can get my prescription in my glasses get there, there is only one person working very slowly, proceeds to checkout a lunch box while me and two other women had been waiting 30 mins now, when help finally did come the other two ladies fed up and left. When it became my turn the “help” let’s me know I can’t get what I had been waiting 30 mins for because my prescription was expired. All I’m saying it would have been nice to know that on the phone which is why I called before driving wayyy up there & waiting all that time. Y’all really need to get y’all customer service skills together because y’all really inconvenienced my day. And y’all are very slow maybe hire some more help.

Dec 2......Went to go get my daughters prescription filled on a Sunday.. The representative said they had to call and confirm ins. Information they would call me back on Monday because it would be closed. No phone call. I called Tuesday they had got all her insurance information so I took my daughter... Then they turned around and said her prescription was incorrect.. Now would they have figured that out on Sunday IF THEY WOULD HAVE LOOKED AT IT CORRECTLY... called the doctor and found out everything was CORRECT... apparently they don't care to loose a customer.. I will take my daughter to a different place...
