first off...you call these people uneducated.... check your own spelling. secondly, in the 4 years we've lived in durham and have intentionally gone to this wal mart, we have found these employees to be most gracious and helpful.
I have driven and will continue to drive to Hillsborough or 15-501 before giving this location business..both times in the last 5 yrs, I was riding with someone else, is the only reason I was there. its sad...it needs a clean house approach, training for managers and cashiers, and then people wonder why businesses close and can't make it in their area or side of town..
This WalMart is definitely ghetto. Instead of the employees using the employees break room to eat they congregate at the Subway restaurant; taking space/tables for paying customers. Visited this store last week and stop at the Subway restaurant to have lunch with my husband; who is a double painter...when one of the employees (who was sleeping at the table) if we could please have the table (which clearly was designated for handicap customers) due to the fact my husband was handicap, the employee cursed at me and told me to go find somewhere else to sit. I will never shop at this Walmart again. Didn't do any good to report it...manager on duty just shrugged it off...very unprofessional. Do yourself and your family a favor and go to Walmart in Brier Creek.
How you call them uneducated but you spelled ghetto “geto”? Lmfao
I have no issues , go here all the time .
Its a Wal-Mart!
I love the screaming employees when they yell from the bakery to deli,oh..let's not leave out the woman whose son works there too and they block the isles while they bicker. How about the meats and other packaged refrigerated foods that are weeks EXPIRED! Or the checkout lady that got nasty when I turned the bag thing to keep her from putting icecream in with chips.
Good for you then do that , I shop here and I don't think that it just you
I agree with you ,the employees used to act like if you go there to ask for free stuff, they are so rude, but actually some waltmarts are in the same environment.
It’s the Bull City what do y’all expect!
It’s a pig sti Employees to buzz gossiping and stocking or actually pretending to I watched 2 guys move stuffed toys from one side of a shelf to the other THEN back again!!! Management in sight? NO Fire Marshall should inspect for blocked isles with stocking carts! It’s a DUMP
Everyone have crazy days. If you want great treatment please proceed with a kind smile and ask for assistant. Trust me, you'll receive it like a king. Attitude is the name of this game.🤘🤘🤘
We hardly ever go to the Durham one on GlenSchool Rd. They are always out of what you need plus I would never buy meats or anything Parishable there cause I have seen some things that makes me nervous about buying it there plus I have seen people who let their kids open up bake goods like cookies an doughnut holes an finger over them and then put it back in the containers ugggg
I joined Walmart to get delivery to my home. Bad move and a total waste of money. The problem is, they do not deliver refrigerated or frozen items plus other items like bread, chips, etc. Why bother if you are unable to get the things you want or need on a weekly or bi-weekly basis??? Also, to return items, the client has to pack them, print a label (I do not have a printer) to return the product and take to the PO or a Fedex drop off location. I do not go into stores. When one is handicapped and doesn't get out, it is worthless. You can bet one thing, they will not get another hundred dollars out of this client. The clothes are paper thin, cheaply made as well as other products. It should be called the China store. As to the Glenn School Rd location, just after it opened, I went there, one time took our mom and one more time. The rest of the time, it has been Roxboro, Hillsborough or Mebane which are our preferred locations.
If you don’t like it don’t go back go to sam’s club or Costco y’all want everything perfect y’all don’t even know in what environment they live y’all don’t know if they eaten if they have enough money to pay bills
Candace exactly like check the spelling
Omg
Try Brier Creek.
I recommend that if you are unsure about this Walmart on Glenn School, you visit it at least once to decide for yourself. Some people will be fine with it and some people may not find it to their liking. I personally try to avoid shopping at this particular location and prefer to shop at a different one if I just have to shop a walmart store in person. It's worse now at other locations too, due to the employee shortage at just about all of the Walmart stores. At this point I am considering a Costco or BJ's membership. I do still shop Walmart online if I need to.
