What fees they have once u but house

It's a good place to live but someone told me that their fees we're High so they chose another place , THEY HAVE LAND FEES BY ONE NAME OR ANOTHER BUT YOU DO GET CHARGED PERIOD....TOM

There is a monthly "rent", an HOA fee, if you will. It covers sewerage, trash and recycling removal, common area maintenance, plowing if snow is 3" or more, the clubhouse and pool. You buy your house, but you rent the ground it sits on.
