How long is the investigation process?
You will need you I'D and the Police Report Number. You will be fingerprinted again, and a investigation will be done. After that is completed you will be notified by mail when you can get your replacement permit. At that time you will need a Twenty-five dollar money order. This process should take about 7 to 10 days to complete.
