You are told that you can inquire about your permit application in person after 40 days from the date that you applied. Do those 40 days include holidays and weekends, or jjust Mon.-Fri. working days ?

It takes about thirty days or maybe a little longer but not much I don't believe the weekends count you will receive a letter in the mail stating whether or not you qualify if you do a date to come in within a certain amount of time will be explained in your letter. Good luck.

By law they 45 calendar days not business days. If you count business days it's more like 60+ days. After 40 calendar days go there even if you did not receive you approval/denied letter. Just have your receipt they gave you with your file number and ID and you good.
