A healthy gut is slightly acidic so every day it is a good idea to eat fermented foods like sauerkraut, pickles, miso, etc. Good gut bacteria eat insoluble fiber so eat bananas, broccoli, beans, corn meal, etc. Minimize your intake of sugar. It's not good for your gut or your weight.
Jennifer Simmons, have you tried St John's Wort? It's a natural treatment for depression that's been used in Europe for centuries. Valerian root is used for anxiety, similar to Valium but natural.
