I would 10/10 recommend Global Self Storage in Rochester!!! After calling the customer service line regarding some questions I had, I was then reached out to personally by Ron from GSS to make sure all my questions were answered. Then when I finally went to check out the place and see about getting a unit, Ron walked me around and showed me everything! Before I even signed a paper or paid a penny, I was made aware of all the charges- so there was no surprise hidden fees! Ron made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for, and helped me get the perfect storage unit for my needs! And let me add, the drive in feature is amazing!!! Not having to unload in the rain was so nice! So if you’re looking for a storage unit in Rochester I highly recommend Global Self Storage, ask for Ron and tell him I sent you!! You won’t be disappointed! 😊
