We have wheelchair accessible buses. Our 15 acre farm is mostly wheelchair accessible. (most of the paths are paved) The only part of our visit that is NOT wheelchair accessible is the second half of the guided house tour. The second half of the guided house tour goes upstairs.

I was in my wheelchair and I just couldn't go upstairs. However, the young lady at the front desk showed me all the clothing, bonnets, etc and explained what each meant. Very nice.

Yes, with the exception of the upstairs of the house.

Portions of the farm are, with paved walk areas, but other parts are dirt or crushed stone paths. Most of the buildings are not wheelchair accessible, including the main building where a tour is given.
