I agree with the last few one star reviews. I applied here with relevant experience, cover letter, resume, but: 1. The hiring manager failed to set up the next week of time slots for interviews. Emailed her and she did her job and set them up (red flag). 2. The position I was applying for has been posted on indeed twice since I applied less than a week before (red flag 2) on top of the 100s of posting made every week (red flag 3) 3. I never receive a call from said “talent acquisition specialist” about the position at the time slot I reserved on their website! (Red flag 4) Thanks for wasting my time! Why do you lose contracts with big pharmaceutical manufacturers? Oh wait, I know why… Ps. Stop buying fake google reviews. Instead, spend the money on acquiring real talent. Edit: (red flag 5) it takes me writing a review to get a response from the “talent acquisition specialist” who says “sorry I was in a meeting.” No thanks🤣

I'm sure Eurofins Lancaster could be a great place to work. Unfortunately their hiring department/agency is cold and unatentive. After applying, I sent in a follow up call and email yet I never received any notification back telling me they received my message. Thinking there might be a communication issue, I went in person to drop off my info with a note asking if they needed anything further from me. They had no front desk employees just 2 terst security guards. After no response, I just recieved an automated impersonal email letting me know they've decided to look elsewhere. If they truly are in as great of a need for employee as they portary themselves to be, they should really look into getting more attentive and personable staff. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time applying here if all you get is a brick wall response.
