Most restaurants include automatic gratuities if you have a party of 10 or more people(not saying that you did), so maybe that is why? I have been there a few times and never experienced anything similar and thought of that being a possibility. Don't go to the Applebees by there, their service sucks! ;)

This place is extremely pushy with Tips. We have been yelled for not tipping for a horrible dining and service experience. Will never come here again
