For tattoos or inside of pens? If it's skin friendly pen ink then yes they sell those type of pens here, but as far as the ink is concerned.....I would go to the local craft store to purchase ink itself. Please hit the like button if this answered your question. Thank you!
They do have bottled India ink which is safe in and on skin.
