That is a very good question. I know online they have 3rd party vendors but I have never heard of Walmart ever having a franchise. I couldn't be certain though. However I've never noticed any inconsistencies regarding products between different Walmart stores aside from the walmarts in Hawaii and here in Texas. These are also the only states I've ever been to Walmart.. it's certainly an interesting question and I am surprised no one has ever brought that up.
