How does this work, doctor is saying she can stay in nursing home for 15 days.. so after 15 days can she leave or do they recheck her and then the doctor decides if she can leave or stay?

I believe the doctor can make a case after 15 days but I believe the insurance company will have to make that decision, ultimately.
