Hey if you plan on getting your kid into skating get him his own skates that way he can enjoy the moment the skates you can buy kids now have it to where you can tighten the wheels and he can maintain his balance and not worry about falling and as he gets comfortable you can losen the wheels and he can go faster plus his feet will be the only feet in his skates lol!
