I work for a Parts Distributor, we sometimes try them out when their rep comes by begging for business. We finally used them instead of Dispatch/Dart and they completely botched it for us. We elected a 2 hour service and it has been 3 hours now, they have not even made it to the pick up location. Now factor in 5 oclock traffic for a destination that is an hour away, it will be 5-5-1/2 hours before they get it. If you need a trustworthy courier please heed my advice and do not use them, you will only have problems. I have now lost the business of a valued customer because I trusted this company with my order. They will promise you the world to get the order and then stick 5 other pickups on the route and screw you over.
