Cashier on lane 3 tonight was the most rude person I've ever seen. She and the bagger both treated us very dirty. Store smelled horrible tonight too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today my husband and I went to kroger at 6:43 pm today to pick up groceries he had ordered. The woman came out. He got out to move some in the trunk to make room for the groceries. He went inside to get a few more things. She came by window and said there wasn't any room in thr trunk could she place the toilet paper in the back seat. I said yes. She places the toilet paper in the backseat and then slams my trunk down really hard. So we get home to unload the groceries the switch on the front drivers door to open the trunk wasn't working. I tried using the remote to unlock the trunk but that didn't work. Luckily I was able to able to use my key to unlock the trunk. Whoever brought the groceries out to the car doesn't need to slam trunks that hard. I will be talking to customer service at the store tomorrow.

I was just in there and Teyisha in the self check out are was doing an AMAZING job. She was checking on everyone simultaneously and ensuring people were good plush wishing them a blessed day. We need more positivity line Hers in the world. YOU GO GIRL!!!
