You can call Monday thru Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 pm I believe, or purchase your ticket online if more convenient. I know that the box office opened about 1 to 2 hours before Showtime on show nights

The Music Hall sent an email saying we need to arrive 1 hour before performance starts. Is this a new policy? If we arrive 40 or 30 minutes before the performance will we have plenty of time?
