It's a theater. The plays are for kids. The next month they will be having "the jungle book". You can go whit all the family.
This is a public forum. If you are unable to reach anyone through the ticket line, I would go to the theater for the next show and try to speak with someone. If you're in the business, use your best judgement but I would think after a show is better.
