We had a regular maintenance appointment the next week, however our AC decided not to cool on a Thursday afternoon. Called around 4:30 and the manager of the techs answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next afternoon. We received notice when they were on their way. They arrived on time and were quickly able to detect the problem with a bad capacitor. Had it changed and ready to go in no time. We were sent an email with pictures and explanations. Every person we talked with was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Loved working with this company and have the regular maintenance contract. Would highly recommend.
