Joleem, wouldn't it be better to work on the road during the day?? The last time they had the road all jacked up was the 22nd also well into the evening. You can't tell me this is ONLY time they can schedule work on a BUSY 2 lane road???

True and it also safer during the day because some people out here can't even see during the day time crashing

Listen they start between 7am and 9 am. Like i said things dont always go as planned. Once they cut into a road they gotta finish. 9 times outta 10 they r putting hottop down. Sometimes they gotta wait on the trucks of hottop. And some nights they do the work because of less traffic or they have to follow a schedule.
